WARRANTY INFORMATION
CARE & PROCEDURES
ALUMINUM FRAME - FIFTEEN YEARS
TABLE TOPS
If the aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frames or welds) within 15
years from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will replace or repair the
frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style
if the original is not available.
Wash the table top using a soft cloth with a solution of water and mild detergent.
Rinse with clean water.
VINYL STRAP - FIVE YEARS
If vinyl strap breaks within 5 years from the date of purchase, Leisure
Creations will send a replacement strap directly to the customer in the
original color, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original is not
available. Excessive fading of vinyl straps will be warrantied for 2 years from
the date of purchase.
FRAMES
Wash the tabletop using a soft cloth with a solution of water and mild detergent. Rinse
with clean water. For more stubborn stains, you may use a mild abrasive such as Soft Scrub
(regular - NO BLEACH). Periodic waxing with a paste or clear automobile wax can be
performed on smooth frame 昀椀nishes (not textured). This will help protect against exposure
to sunlight and salty air. Be sure to inspect nylon glides frequently and replace if worn or
missing. This will help prolong the life of your furniture.
VINYL STRAP
PAINT FINISH - FOUR YEARS
If the paint on an extruded aluminum frame blisters or peels within 4 years
of the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or 昀椀nish the frame in
the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is not
available.
To protect your vinyl from build-up and mildew growth, clean frequently with a solution
of mild dish washing detergent, such as Dawn, and a half cup of vinegar to two gallons of
warm water. Rinse with clean water. For more stubborn stains, you may use a mild abrasive
such as Soft Scrub (regular - NO BLEACH). Periodic waxing with a paste or clear
automobile wax can prolong strap life and help reduce staining.
FABRIC - TWO YEARS
AQUA MGP
If the fabric on a sling, cushion, or umbrella tears or fades excessively within
2 years from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or replace
the fabric in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is
not available.
Leisure Creations Aqua MGP products are designed to be used in water. They resist the sun
and chemical levels of a well maintained pool. When adding concentrated chemicals to your
pool, such as shock, remove Aqua MGP products from the water and do not return until
chemical levels are back to normal. Use water and a soft-bristle brush or cloth for routine
cleaning. For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner or a
Magic Eraser. Depending on calcium levels in your pool, you may see a white powdery
coating on your Aqua MGP products. You can clean this with Calcium, Lime and Rust
Remover (CLR).
STEEL FURNITURE & UMBRELLA BASE - FIFTEEN YEARS
Frame is covered the same as the extruded 15 year warranty. Paint 昀椀nish
is covered for 2 years for blisters or peels. Leisure Creations will repair or
replace the frame in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the
original is no longer available. Excessive scratches and scrapes can expose
the steel frame and void the warranty.
UMBRELLA FRAME - ONE YEAR
If an umbrella frame fails structurally within one year from the date of
purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or replace applicable parts or frames
in the original style, if still available, or in a similar style if the original is not
available. Warranty does not apply in cases of exposure to extreme weather.
MGP - TWO YEARS
If the aluminum frame fails structurally or fades excessively within 2 years
from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or re昀椀nish the frame
in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is not
available.
NOTE: Maintaining your pool’s correct PH balance is necessary to protect
your furniture’s 昀椀nish.
AQUA MGP - TWO YEARS
MGP Component - 5 years
Excessive color fading - 2 years
SLING, CUSHION & UMBRELLA FABRIC
Brush off any loose dirt. Prepare a solution of mild soap, such as Woolite or Dawn
dish-washing liquid, and lukewarm water for cleaning. DO NOT USE BLEACH. Use
approximately 1/4 cup of soap per gallon of water. Clean using a sponge or a soft bristle
brush, allowing the cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all
soap residue. Allow fabric to air dry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
If done correctly, outdoor furniture can be safely cleaned as often as needed, and frequent
cleanings should prolong the life of your furniture. Below are some items that can be
harmful to vinyl strapping, fabrics, and frame 昀椀nishes.

Do not use strong detergents or bleach, solvents such as methyl, ethyl, ketone,
acetone or paint thinner.
Do not use power washers.
Suntan and sunblock products may be harmful to cushions, sling and vinyl
Do not allow such products to come in contact with seating surfaces to avoid deep
penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty.

WICKER FRAME - ONE YEAR
A 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers all defects with workmanship
or materials.
FREIGHT
SOLAR TABLES - TWO YEARS
ROUTING
For top and charging components only. It is recommended, to prevent
damage to the battery, that the solar table not be stored indoors for long
periods of time.
All orders are shipped FOB Russellville, Alabama.
Unless speci昀椀c routing is requested, all shipments will be routed at the discretion of our
traf昀椀c department.
CLAIMS
LEISURE CREATIONS WARRANTIES BECOME NULL AND
VOID IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT
RESULTING FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
-Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modi昀椀cation of the product by anyone
other than Leisure Creations or approved representatives thereof.
-Damage resulting from accidents caused by severe weather.
-In pool use of furniture that is not speci昀椀cally designed for water usage.
-Lack of routine maintenance and cleaning.
-Breakage due to abuse or misuse.
-Vandalism
-Use of unapproved cleaning chemicals or exposure to oils or lotions.
NOTE: Warranty applies to the original purchaser.
If any damage to the containers or furniture is apparent, this must be noted on the freight
bill at the time of delivery. If any concealed damage is discovered when cartons are
unpacked, you must notify the common carrier immediately and a claim form must be 昀椀led
to collect damages. All damages must be reported within 昀椀fteen (15) days of delivery.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance by the factory and return freight
prepared. Special return authorization labels must be utilized on all returns.
RIGHTS RESERVED
We may make changes in some items we offer. Leisure Creations reserves the right to
make obligation with reference to similar products previously manufactured.
